Sentimental Sundays: For a Special Woman

IMG_3046
Hello hello everyone! First of, a very happy Mother’s Day to all the mums!
I am back with a brand new challenge over at Sentimental Sundays and this week the theme is “For a Special Woman”. Our sponsor this week is Delicious Doodles and here is the card I made with one of their images.

I pencil shaded the mom and coloured the baby with classic Faber Castell’s colour pencils. I hope you will like it.
As always, leave a little love and I will stop by your blog.
Here is a little something extra, I voted for the first time in my life… Here’s a picture of my good ol’ inked thumb!

Beautiful card.
Glad you did your part and voted. Personally, politics can never be "clean"...but change will definitely mean progress.

Beautiful card Erum....you have captured the essence of motherhood!! and good you voted, it is not that the youth is not bothered but they are sick with the system and the politicians. like they say ' har shakh par ullu beitha hai, anjame gulistan kya hoga'. I think Imran khan said that the election was rigged ??

I am rather late as the results for elections are already out But still I admire the courage peoples of your country have show to come out in huge number for voting inspite of the threats.Hope this change brings stability and progress .
